We honor a 30 day return policy on new parts. Clearance items cannot be returned, as they are all final sale and do not include a warranty. The new part must be in "like new" condition and properly packed in the same materials and box it was originally shipped in. We will not be responsible for lost shipments, so please insure a part you are returning for credit.
Returns will not be credited without a RMA number from our parts department, which can be obtained by calling 901/377-3107, extension #5103, or emailing e.alexander@cardinalmachinery.com. Please be sure to put your RMA number on your packing slip, and on the out side of the box. Shipping will not be credited on any returned part unless the part is deemed defective. Return parts may be subject to a restocking fee if they are not a normal stock item, or if they are returned to the manufacture, and then the manufactures restocking fee will be deducted from the credit.
